In 2019, we converted a narrow two-story building on Oak Street into the shop we always wanted to find but never could. Exposed brick. Natural light. A playlist that does not repeat. Seating for 22 people and a rule against rushing anyone out.
We source directly from farms in Colombia and Ethiopia. We roast in small batches twice a week. Everything changes with the season. That is how it should be.
